Hope Powell

At 31 Hope became the youngest ever coach of any English national football team, as well as the first woman and the first non-white person to hold the office. (1998 - 2013)

In 2003 Hope became the first woman to be awarded the UEFA Pro License, studying alongside Stuart Pearce. In the same year she was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame in recognition of her talents.

As a player she made her England Senior Team debut at the age of 16. She won 66 caps for England. She is currently the first team manager of the Brighton and Hove Albion Women's team.
